Welcome to TulipBot's chatbot platform!

These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between TulipBot ("TulipBot", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the TulipBot chatbot platform and any of its services or products (collectively, "Platform" or "Services").

By accessing this platform, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

Use of Our Services

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the TulipBot chatbot platform. By using this platform and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.

All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents, and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) on the TulipBot chatbot platform and all content (including all applications) located on the site shall remain vested in TulipBot.

TulipBot, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
